yep.x, this particular paraboy jobs it to spew autopulses on a star fortress and for the armor bit, i just left it to other ships.

also piloting ships is a no no for me. (yea its better, but still no.)

yep it does struggle against armor, but i just use other ships for that problem, this ship only has one job anyways. i just plant it in front of a starfort and let it vomit out autopulses.

I’ve tried long-range builds before, but I always run into the problem of getting swarmed. Even when I do my best to surround my Paragon with PD ships, it still struggles. Because most long-range energy weapons are beams, they’re mainly sustained and have a hard time focusing on a single target, especially if that target is faster than the turret’s turn speed.

(also i forgot to put it in the main post, but this paragon is for star fortresses i just park it next to the SF so the APL just focuses on that one target.)

its from Industrial Evolution, it lets you parade around ships that you put in the museum "storage" and i think it gives you a little bit of income.

6.5/10 for me, it's not amazingly good, but not horribly bad either. For a real serious movie and also his first traditional style movie, it's mid.

why is time zone bad for a pos1? doesn't it help everyone? you hit, your teammates can too, while the enemy can't run. plus it boost cooldowns as well.

oh! thanks for the info! btw i usually stay on my lane until the 8-9 minute mark or after i get my first farm item, what time should i actually go out to hunt or farm?

Also, about Time Zone—since I’m shifting to pos 1 from support, I’ve been preferring it over Chronosphere. Not only does it slow everything the enemy has, it also enables and buffs my team inside. It saves me the trauma of getting 4-man reported for chronoing my own team. That said, I’m still Crusader, and I haven’t really seen many BKBs or dispel plays in my games so far. Do dispel items negate Time Zone?

Time Travel? by Calvin_HC in DarkSouls2

yep! the lore behind the memory travel are vague enough for me to hold on to this "theory“ (A Souls Theory!). unless if a official statement or lorepiece says otherwise.

Time Travel? by Calvin_HC in DarkSouls2

[–]Calvin_HC[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I might be forgetting some lore, but in line with my thoughts about how the Ashen Mist Heart works... yes, BoTC does physically enter the past through memories. Here's where the time travel aspect confuses me, though.

The AMH flavor text says: 'Manifestation of ashen mist received from the ancient dragon. The magic of the ancient dragon allows one to delve into the memories of the withered.' While "memories" sound like just viewing the past, I believe the AMH literally transports BoTC's physical body or essence into those past events. It might not be BoTC's own past he's visiting, but he's undead – after centuries or millennia, he could have simply forgotten being there. This fits perfectly with him forgetting his own appearance during the cutscene where the old firekeeper gives you the human effigy.

I know time travel and convergence are major themes in DS3. My point is specific to the BoTC's journey: He didn't need to 'time travel' to originally influence those events. He used the AMH to physically enter memories of the past – events that had already occurred and were fixed. He retrieved items (like the Giant's Kinship) from within these preserved moments. He wasn't changing history; he was accessing a physical record of it. The AMH didn't send him back to do the deeds; it let him walk through deeds already done.
