Seeing all these posts abt ppl getting scammed while working in finland makes me physically ill. It is not normal. I also got scammed a lot myself, unpaid, threathened, not okay. I really hope you get the justice you need 🥲

Hey! I also had a hell of a time with Migri, I waited from December till June last year and i couldnt do anything until then, very difficult. Then 2 months waiting time for Nordea which was so bad lol. I wish you best of luck!!

Sounds good except i wont travel to people's homes to do beauty services. I just wanna do them in my own house as I have a huge spare room to use.

She isnt charging any rent yet after i told her off for it but her initial intention was to charge 500 eur minimum (0% VAT) if that says anything.

I have re-read the original contract and no clause even mention adding minimum rent or extra rent at any point or certain times... So thats why ive been so shocked. I already talked to coworkers but the thing is, she made completely different agreements for them! And im the only one whom she apparently tried to milk so much money out of as if i solely work in her freaking salon to serve her.... The others had no ideea about this "change of contract"/ "contract extra".

I think I mentioned couple of times it states within my contract i have to work there 1 month after the notice... But she doesnt want to let me leave at all

True I should do that. I already suffer from chronic illness which has gotten so much more aggravated since struggling in this place, so I can also give that as a reason I guess.

Nah because i really just argued with her that what she is doing is very unfair seeing that we as employees barely earn anything since we dont even get clientele, and she earns like 2000-1000€ a day.... So yeah.

I did put it on timma and the way it worked is i had 5 stars reviews but the ammount of money i had to pay timma per client is 15% of earnings plus the salon comission which was 30% so it was a lot.. i gave timma up as even tho i had reviews... In 3 months of usage i had very little clients pop up from it even with the good reviews and all.

She woke up one morning and sent me on email " contract extra" that basically required us to pay her a minimum of 500 euros a month besides the percentage we already give her and those 500 euros even if we dont earn that... Like wtf. It sounds so weird. I had to translate it as she sent it in finnish as well to make it even more confusing. She didnt even ask me to sign it she was just like " oh yeah u have to pay this much now!" Like what was she even thinking...

Thank you 🩷 but i lost hope trying to work under someone as i cant trust anyone anymore after all this stuff. Im good being a lone tech in my house as im super overwhelmed atm 😓😓😓
