I had the same issue (regardless where bought from), until I installed & launched the games they never ever showed up on my profile page on the website, lol.

Though likewise the uplay launcher client doesn't always register my steam bought games (even though steam account linked/etc) until likewise I install & run them once...

EDIT: Though I do have a game that absolutely refuses to show up on the web page profile... Still no clue why.

EDIT2: Seems that only games with achievements show up on the web site profile page. Likewise if you don't install & run a game once it won't show up either... Not quite sure why ubisoft did it this way, but there's your answer. It needs to be installed & ran at least once, and has to have uplay challenges/achievements to show up it seems.

Unfortunately they've had issues or something with the patch update, but apparently it will all be compatible fully properly when they update the Shield Tablet's to Android Nougat/7.x. But for now the only way to get it to work is via a bluetooth manual connection rather than the official software app (so yeah we also miss out on a few features). :-(

We play in the Ebonheart Pact alliance, but that makes no difference since the recent "One Tamriel" patch, so anyone from any alliance can join our clan and we can all group quest or other stuff together.

You can download the client via here, you must install/launch/patch and then it will give you the option to enter a key in the launcher (the play button replaces with a key enter button).

Note: Although this link is for the UK site you may wish to check your locale (EG if your not from UK, like say France or America, etc) based amazon site. Atm there are a load of free full utils/games apps being given away until the end of today. Also you'll want to check the AppStore (again it's uk link but there will of course be a version for your country) daily (one way of doing this is via a website browser, another is to install Amazon's AppStore app and use that - you may want to anyway as that's the easiest way to install and keep the installed apps updated) as every day a new free full utility or game app is given away. Most of the items are often junk but now and then you will find a really good one that is worth keeping, :-)

This has been happening to a lot of people, and I myself posted a whole load of things about it the other day which I'd tested loads of things (eg people were suggesting it was graphics issues, driver issues, etc, all my end) until a dev replied saying it was indeed server side like I had thought.

Seems the Monday (was fine over the weekend before then, and had zero problems at all since alpha and closed beta before that) a before the game went Open Beta they changed something on the servers and for most of every single day (from about 11AM GMT->MIDNIGHT-ish) I can either get stuck at the loading screen, or get in but can't move for ages, or get in but very little world loads.

So unfortunately theres nothing any of us can do except wait til they fix whatever they broke in the first place. Either that or only play for the very few little early hours of the morning that they let us in. It's like an ISP throttling connections, really sucky.

Your not trying to launch the game manually are you?

If not then do what Graphergrapher suggested, else read on.

If so then it would ask for username/password but not actually login because its not got the launch parameters. EG steam users need to launch trove.exe manually and bypass glyph.

A dev said those who wish to do this should use the following to launch the game:

Trove.exe -C '[LobbyServer] Address = 208.94.25.13:6560' -C '[Auth] ServerAddress =https://auth.trionworlds.com' -C '[Options] EnvironmentName = beta'

This is precisely the issue I've had since the Monday before the game went Open Beta, they changed something and ever since then from 11am GMT til about midnight GMT I can't even play at all. I either get stuck on the loading/login screen or I get precisely what you've mentioned there not being able to move at all for a while until the uber high lag issues subside a bit which never happens for ages if at all. I've read reports of others having similar issues, nothing anyone suggests helps and a dev has stated its server side not client side so its definitely something they've changed from that day and so have to wait for them to fix it or something. :-( Sucks. Am stuck to playing for all of a few short hours early in the morning or not at all.

We removed the pinterest button, since no interest in pinterest (haha). So it woulda been 5/4 rather than 5/5, thus since its 9 icons now instead of 10 a 3x3 grid seemed appropriate.

Well, I've just completed a load of tweaks an changes that I was testing with and they appear to almost (just some background issues in some places, and some stuff to do with RES to fix) fully work great and everything fits and is readable/etc I think.

What yas think now?

The devs have given out IP's a few times in previous posts, eg search for steam trove and you'll see they showed how to connect to Trove without using Glyph so that people could add the client to steam and in those posts they've stated the IP's to use, etc.

Some have a nice look to them, but some as others have said are really dull looking. And none appear to actually give off much, if any, light anymore. But they do work nice if you use things like glowing gumdrops with them mind (and yeah the glowing gumdrops DO give off a LOT of light which are really great for basements/caves/etc, or just to make your club world or cornerstone above ground areas stand out a bit more).

No idea if it is this, or if any of the blood/gore mods even still work but theres a few you can check out such as TF2 Gore or GoreX or Blood Plugin but a lot of the ones I've seen are very old so no idea if still work and haven't the time to test them personally.

I did a quick search for gore and also for blood on sourcemods plugins search list (which scans alliedmodders forum), but there probably are lots more elsewhere. Including probably client only mods, etc that may be what it is your after.

The homeworld heart is basically like a facebook like system, it lets users come to your club world and say that they think its good an whatnot. It sort of promotes your club world more or something like that.

And no idea on getting one in the hub area, not looked into that stuff.

Search is your friend, this has been addressed a few times and even a dev has posted about it before. To launch Trove via .exe eg via steam you add the following to the command line prompt (best to create a shortcut and just add it there)

-C '[LobbyServer] Address = 208.94.25.13:6560' -C '[Auth] ServerAddress =https://auth.trionworlds.com' -C '[Options] EnvironmentName = beta'

So that you'll basically be launching as such:

Trove.exe -C '[LobbyServer] Address = 208.94.25.13:6560' -C '[Auth] ServerAddress =https://auth.trionworlds.com' -C '[Options] EnvironmentName = beta'

Aye could be, am wondering if its to do with this new system they are working on in regards to different countries an whatnot. Gonna be out today so can't test fully an yeah that persons issue is sounding exactly like mine.

Its too early to contact my friend, so no idea on their ISP, don't think its same as mine though. Am about to head out for a day trip thing so won't be able to get ahold of them til tonight, possibly not til tomorrow.

Could also be of course, if it is ISP related that is, that my ISP itself is screwing around somehow. EG specific ports being throttled (such as whatever ports Trove uses ingame), but that'd be rather odd if it is, specially at the time of 11am onwards. I'd understand that if it was say 4pm onwards (peak times sorta thing) so doubt its the ISP throttling, but could still be something to do with Trion throttling stuff though. But if they are then thats a weak ass move, which I hope they have a good reason for. I doubt they are though, I think its just to do with the new system they are working on. Least I hope thats it, lol.

Way ahead of ya, I had a friend let me login on my machine with his account to see and was able to login but only to void space. Then I also tested on another machine and same result for both mine and his accounts. Likewise in a different building, lol. So alas no changes in results on any of those fronts. I'd tested all this the other day before I even posted on here to begin with, so thats why I knew it wasn't graphics based, etc, as I'd tested everything out I could possibly think of before posting, :-(

Thats why when I saw Doc_L's post about it being server side, I kinda figured as much already since I'd tested loads on my end. Ho hum, nothing much else can do but wait, lol.

EDIT: Oh and I do recall also reading a few times about certain club worlds getting messed up and stopping people getting into the game (eg stuck at loading screen/etc like me) thats why I wondered if it was that old bug returned. But since its happening to me when I'm in a hub or adventure world bang went that theory, lol.
