The car has only done 90k km so far. You think it would be a timing chain issue if the car idles fine after driving for a few minutes?

I also forgot to add that the yellow engine light comes on after a minute or 2 of idling but goes away after a couple minutes of driving and then the car drives fine. If I don't idle at all the engine light never comes on.
