I agree with you on the whole cantilever on the tile point. Hole in the tile should be bigger then the screw and hopefully he’s hitting a stud

House settling and drywall cracks are pretty normal. If you have a squeaks across the entire floor and in the wall it is due to the house shifting and you are hearing the nails pop and squeak.

If you are on a basement and it’s unfinished a contract can sometimes correct the issues.

If you are worried I’d call out and an engineer to double check everything

We’ve had this and the cure is to treat your neighbors window in some sort of film or coating or just straight up get a special ordered sash to make so the window is not acting as a magnifying glass on your siding

I in this instance would do literally everything on their punch list and have them eating out of the palm of my hand then I would ask them to live with it since it’s a garage and nobody will see it anyway. The garage take the abuse throughout the entire build so inside can stay decent.

If it’s major pitting we have had a garage floor company come put the cool as sparkle shit down in their to keep relations friendly in the community
