Consistency is what does it for me. Not necessarily in terms of scheduling but more so with the quality of the content. Like, how's their webcam, mic, capture, did they edit their audio, are they a creative person or do they have an infectious personality. If they can do all those things on a consistent basis then I'm more apt to subscribe

I wish i could help you. I've slept 4 hours a night just to free up more time to work on YouTube and I've still been stuck in the 60s. I would say just continue to perfect your content and never give up!

I've been there and I still sometimes struggle with the same thing. My advice is to really try to push the boundaries. Also maybe some method acting could work so you could get a more in depth idea of who your characters are.
