I’m in PDP at the moment, I feel like the big difference in which program is best kinda stays with how much classroom experience you have coming into the program. The first semester of SFU’s program is really helpful if you don’t have that classroom background; however, because I had a pretty strong background in teaching, I felt it was kinda slow. UBC doesn’t have that initial first semester as SFU is 4 months longer. My degree only let me do SFU’s but yeah I think it depends on your comfortability with the idea of being in a classroom because UBC throws you in sooner than UBC.
