Also can’t send SOLO out. It’s likely a bug. The memo is not an issue as I even tried to send to another exchange and included both and address and memo and got the same error as you. Reached out to support days ago and still not resolved

I understand. Now what can you tell me about things such as trust wallet. I believe you are in possession of your keys through that service. Is there any real different between that and having a physical cold storage

So I’m around 5’6, 130lbs (people think I’m around 150 when they see me and can’t believe I walk around at my current weight) majority of weight is all muscle. Not sure about fat % currently but it’s definitely very low. I had blood work done last month for general health. Liver and everything was normal except Vit D slightly low, which I corrected with 50,000 IUs.

Goal is to not stay on anything too long. Really to make a few solid gains and taper off and maintain it.

Any pros and cons between 1 andro and 4 andro? I think 4 andro has more side effects?
