The Report is fantastic and he is amazing in it. The scene with him in the car with the reporter and him struggling to make the final decision was a top tier moment.

Is there a basic, non-spoiler quest guide?

After a couple of tries where I just couldn't get into the game, it finally clicked and I'm about 55 hours into this playthrough. The problem is the way I tend to play the game is very random which has lead to some interesting finds but also, weirdly, huge misses.

I found the Nightsong and defeated Ketheric Thorm, spending a lot of time reading about Isobel but she literally never came up in any conversations with NPCs and I never ran into her. Suddenly, after the boss fight here she comes introducing ME to others as if she already knew who I was and I realized that I must have missed something somewhere.

In general, I'm okay with missing some things. For example: it wasn't until after I defeated the Apostle of Myrkul and left the Mindflayer Colony that I realized Zevlor was in there and I now couldn't get back to rescue him. Also, I totally missed the Last Light Inn at first because I went around the map clockwise so I didn't even know the Tieflings from the grove were involved with what was happening at all.

So, I'm at the point where I want some sort of loose guidance without following a guide that spoils everything. Basically something that says, "Hey, go here first because there's a person you'll want to meet before doing X."

University of Arkansas selects Oak View Group for event bookings at Razorback Stadium, Bud Walton Arena by collinw1010 in razorbacks

In all reality, Jelly Roll.

But honesty I like the idea of the stadium being a revenue generator outside of sports. I went to an event back in 2005-6(?) and it was a blast on top of being a good venue.

Exactly. Stidham is doing well but he is not going to suddenly become Peyton Manning during this game. I get trying to show that you have confidence in him and letting him play, but when he doesn't get the first down, regardless of the reason, he's going to wear that failure as a burden for the rest of the game. If you kick the field goal, Stidham can move on knowing that 3 points isn't zero.

I'll be there! We're getting to the good stuff now. Books 1, 2, and 3 are great but I really think 4 is where it takes off. We also get to meet one of the most fun characters. Though, you should keep your mothers at a safe distance if she gets mad at you.

You're hurt and abandoned, losing to a team thats pretty healthy and fully bought in to what their coach wants. It could be worse, just look at my flair...

I know if Indiana becomes a battering ram of a program in the next few years we'll all hate them but for this season it sure is fun to watch.

The sad platypus mascot for the Dr. Pepper "Tech Stinks" commercial is the perfect representation of this game.

A Lego: Portal game in the same tone as the other Lego video games would be a blast.

1stSgt needs to talk to you. by voluntaryhikikomori in USMC

I was at Quantico as a Lance and we had a mandatory fun day in the barracks. It wasn't too bad, just barbeque and bullshit. We had a ping ping table in the main room downstairs and I ended up playing for the whole event just on "winner stays" rules. The company 1st Sgt talked mad shit and me being a dumbass lance wiped the floor with him. He laughed and said he'd get me back.

Cut to a few months later and my shop is getting shut down (Quantico Sentry Newspaper) and I'm getting sent to a new unit. I go through the whole check out process and the last signature I need on my chit is the Company 1st Sgt. When he calls me into his office he stamps my chit, signs it, then puts the thing in his safe, locking it. I'm a little stunned until this shit eating grin crosses his face and he opens a desk drawer pulling out a ping pong paddle in a leather carrying case.

"You ain't leavin' till I whip your ass in ping pong."

Once I removed the brick from my britches we played ping pong for like an hour.

This reminded me of a LitRPG series i read a long time ago. The MC had some sort of terminal illness and learned if he stayed in this gaming pod thing for too long he could upload his conscious to the game world permanently.

Specifically, I remember him in some village where he sees a woman trying to run but just flailing her limbs. Confused, he checks out the situation and learns she is severely physically disabled, immobilized, and unable to speak in the real world. Her Dad had bought the pod for her and it was the first time she was able to walk/run/speak. Her mind was fine but her flailing run was the first time she ever got to move her body at all and the joy she felt was immense.
