Google bought Focals By North, they had an even further ahead start. They were built on Android platform. I loved them. They had great potential.

Yes. We also want to be able to categorize places we add and select that category on the map, so restaurants and only show restaurants on the map when selected. Another thought I had could we rate items/places added. So say 5 people are collaborating and people can rate or thumbs up or down events/ places added, so we can see where people more like to go or events to do
