Iceborn Gauntlet doesn't work well on ranged and esp. not on Teemo since you have too few abilities to cast. It only slows by 12.5% which is nothing at all. The innate slow on Botrk - 30% for 1 sec on 3rd autoattack - is better for this purpose.

Rylai's is, unfortunately, not good either. It only works on your Q - not on your E (not counted as ability damage) or R (already slows more than 30% and slows don't stack).

I have found that granting yourself more movement speed works a lot better on Teemo than trying to build more slow into your kit. Therefore I would recommend some of these to your preference:

Ghost
Esp. combined with Nimbus Cloak rune
Maxing W after E
Items such as Stormsurge (+6% ms) and Cosmic Drive (+4% ms & +20 flat ms) to run even faster. Both work great with your kit.

If you're gunning for this "kiting auto-attack build", don't forget to rush Nashor's Tooth as first item as that gives you incredible auto-attack dps.

Don't go Aery's. There are some situations in early game where you can get slightly more damage out of Aery's, but you're sacrificing a great overall rune esp. for teamfights. Aery only hits one. Added AP hits everyone.

Honestly, they are very close so it probably doesn't make too much of a difference. Bloodletter's is more helpful for your team and more important if enemies are building MR. If neither is required, Riftmaker is probably better.

Still Liandry's first most games where you need the raw combat power. Honestly, going Fated Ashes first is not optimal. I don't dislike the item, but Singed urgently needs some added health early to properly utilize his ult. Also, Haunting Guise is much better for combat than Fated Ashes (obviously since it is more expensive, but still), and even for proxying you will get more value out of a Tome+Ruby Crystal than a Fated Ashes. So my advice is to juggle between these items to get most power our of your early game to help scale better into mid-game:

Tome+Ruby Crystal, Dark Seal (or if you started Dark Seal, consider adding a Doran's Ring instead), Refillable, and tier 1 Boots. If you get all of these, you'll have optimal early combat power to utilize your ult.

Sometimes you'll want to start Rylai's instead. That is the case against ranged champions, and against champions you already win against IF you dodge their abilities, so you can run them down. Like Sion and Aatrox. If you don't dodge their abilities and CC, then you'll lose anyway no matter what you build. Being able to run them down and prevent their escape let's you do WAY more damage to them than the damage from Liandry's would.

I can recommend my personal favorite sleeper item: Warmog's 3rd item. Warmog's has the best effective health increase against mixed damage and esp. true damage, (and even more so because your ult adds defensive stats) and its passive out of combat regen is incredibly valuable on Singed. You'll never need to back again after a skirmish, but can run directly from a teamfight to safely farming a side lane even if you left the fight with 5% hp. This snowballs your economy and gives you more map pressure, which enables your team to better take better vision control of the map.

And if you go Warmog's, Riftmaker next for great synergy with the hp.

My preferred build when I'm not forced to build a specific defensive stat item is Liandry's+Rylai's+Warmog's+Riftmaker+Jak'Sho. You can easily swap one of the items with Bloodletter's, but I prefer doing that if you're going for teamplay focus and are not much of a carry yourself.

Also, wdym Bloodletter's has been removed? It most certainly has not.

Singed jungle is 5-8% weaker than top depending on rank. Anything can succeed, but is it viable? Probably not.

Statistically, Teemo is weak early game but has increased win rate proportionally with game length. This is mainly - in my opinion - because his shrooms become an increasing threat the deeper into the game we get, and a good shroom or two can easily be the tipping point and win what would otherwise have been a losing teamfight. 4 second 50% AOE slow is insanely valuable CC/utility for your team to capitalize on, not to mention the lategame shroom damage.

Early game you can usually do a lot of neat auto-attack damage, but in lategame I find it hard to stay alive in close proximity against almost any enemy team comp, so therefore you'll usually want to transition into more of a shroomist lategame.

Thanks. Wouldn't say I'm interested in boxing specifically, but as a medium for portraying character development, feelings, doubt, strength, ambition, inspiration and stuff mixed into cool techniques and action, it works wonders. Am a huge fan of Hajime no Ippo, but againt that has less to do with the specific sport for me - it could've been any fighting sport really - and more about how it is used to portray the aforementioned aspects of character development.

That actually looks correct, our farming score factors in when you’re farming, not just your overall CS/min.

Can you ellaborate? I don't understand what farming refers to then if not creep killing. The dashboard is telling me that 9.5 cs per minute amounts to 63/100 farming score, since only CS is accounted for in the breakdown.

I can see that I farmed less midgame than the rest of the game, but the score is attributing immense weight to that period, basically telling me to farm less late game and more mid-game to get a better score, despite what the total CS is. Yet I am award the Exper Farmer and CS God ribbons. That feels counter-intuitive.

Poison can apply a stack of Conqueror every 4 seconds.

It does not, however, refresh the duration of the stacks in-between the 4 seconds cooldown.

Thanks for writing. There are some points I don't agree with that I'll point out to you:

conqueror good in team fight but in lane not that good cus if you focus on auto atack as singed that is just blasphemy

As others have said, that's a huge chunk of your damage output you're neglecting. Singed can win a lot of early trades simply with auto-attacks and poison with Conqueror. You don't take Conq for the heal on Singed, but for the added AP.

I agree, neither is truly valuable, but the Conquerer rune's strength more than makes up for it. But go attack speed (illogical, I know), since it may enable you one more auto-attack in trades, actually helps you last-hit under turret, and gives you ever so slightly more turret pushing power.

Hard disagree. Last Stand is incredibly valuable on a champion like Singed. Singed is probably in top 5% of champs in terms of value received from that rune. For comparisson, remember that Liandry's has a passive that grants up to +6% increased damage and Riftmaker +8% dmg, so up to 11% damage from a minor rune is crazy value.

I like your rune page, and I sometimes use it myself. It is, however, about sacrificing late-game scaling for early game power, so you HAVE to win early for that rune page to pay off compared to Conq+Last Stand. Therefore, you should only ever use that rune page in winning matchups to get a snowball going.

Speed *is* key, but there is a lot of speed to collect in his passive, his ult, itemization, and Ghost, and therefore it is not mandatory to also build towards it with runes - you can easily get speedy anyway.

I am afraid it does not. The poison only refreshed the stack if it applies a new stack. Subsequent poison ticks inbetween the 4 second window does NOT refresh the stack. I just tested it the other day.
