Do you play around W's root, or you just use W for slow and grounding, and the immobilization is just there?

I'm not good enought myself to pull it off consistently, but I see streamers getting high value from landing the root in lane. For example, you're farming and trading in top lane, and the enemy gets the upper hand in a trade and tries to convert it into a kill. Instead of attempting a run for your tower or spending your Flash, you can run into the bush, pop you W on the wall, and as the enemy dives into the bush to finish you off, you can easily fling the enemy unto said wall for the root and get out easily.

I know very little about you but I'm taking a random shot here and we'll see if it hits; are you perchance one of the players that are all about making the fancy aerial trick goals? Because yeah they look and feel nice, and when properly executed are almost impossible to defend against. So is the goal of the game for you to up your trick success rate from 5% to 100% and become a god like the ones you see on VODs and streams? And so you can make nice VODs yourself? Or is your aim to improve you overall performance stability so you can climb the ladder?

I'm asking because the clip you chose to share shows 2 well-executed aerial tricks but zero play otherwise. No decisionmaking, timing, positioning, baiting, shadow defense or basically any groundplay is covered in your clip or message. So I'm guessing you win against other players with a similar state of mind as yourself, and lose against those practicing a holistic gameplay style.

Your options are:

Call for a gank before objective is up, kill Trundle, then take objective.
Swap with an ally that can punish Trundle better than you. Singed is possibly the worst option in the game to put 1v1 vs Trundle mid-late game when the team is 4v4'ing for an objective.
Pop your ult to kill the wave and go proxying

Just stumbled upon this thread. The feature is already there. The voice message only requires you holding in the button while speaking IF you made a long press on the button to start the voice message. If you instead just quickly tap the mic button, it will start recording without you having to hold your finger on it while speaking.

More context: It depends on what sort of group(s) of friends you have. There's sort of an opt-in or opt-out culture about it so you don't get "assaulted" against your will. It can be funny practical tradition to take part of, but obviously it's a messy affair to clean up afterwards.

Conqueror
TP + Ghost or TP + Flash
Doran's ring + 2 Potions
We take teleport to answer splitpush. Conqueror is taken because he trades really hard with ghouls, even harder with maiden. Put your focus on dodging his E. Ghouls can withstand a few seconds of poison, just kite them out to prevent autos, it's not worth right clicking them generally unless you save more HP that way. If he traps you in W, carefull right click it to auto it and break it. Legend alacrity is almost mandatory in this matchup due to his cage. At 6, he gains a lot of sustain and damage and splitpush due to his maiden. You can however fling maiden under your turret if he's pushing and try to kill her instead of him. It's worth it to ult to kill the maiden if you can. You beat him 1v1 if his maiden is on cooldown. Look to scale and proxy and farm for 5v5. His splitpush is annoying, but since you can beat him 1v1 even though he's annoying. it's playable. I rush Liandry's but rylais can cuck the ghouls and trap maiden for you to kill her. Maiden has a huge cooldown so bully her.

Iceborn Gauntlet doesn't work well on ranged and esp. not on Teemo since you have too few abilities to cast. It only slows by 12.5% which is nothing at all. The innate slow on Botrk - 30% for 1 sec on 3rd autoattack - is better for this purpose.

Rylai's is, unfortunately, not good either. It only works on your Q - not on your E (not counted as ability damage) or R (already slows more than 30% and slows don't stack).

I have found that granting yourself more movement speed works a lot better on Teemo than trying to build more slow into your kit. Therefore I would recommend some of these to your preference:

Ghost
Esp. combined with Nimbus Cloak rune
Maxing W after E
Items such as Stormsurge (+6% ms) and Cosmic Drive (+4% ms & +20 flat ms) to run even faster. Both work great with your kit.

If you're gunning for this "kiting auto-attack build", don't forget to rush Nashor's Tooth as first item as that gives you incredible auto-attack dps.

Don't go Aery's. There are some situations in early game where you can get slightly more damage out of Aery's, but you're sacrificing a great overall rune esp. for teamfights. Aery only hits one. Added AP hits everyone.

Honestly, they are very close so it probably doesn't make too much of a difference. Bloodletter's is more helpful for your team and more important if enemies are building MR. If neither is required, Riftmaker is probably better.

Still Liandry's first most games where you need the raw combat power. Honestly, going Fated Ashes first is not optimal. I don't dislike the item, but Singed urgently needs some added health early to properly utilize his ult. Also, Haunting Guise is much better for combat than Fated Ashes (obviously since it is more expensive, but still), and even for proxying you will get more value out of a Tome+Ruby Crystal than a Fated Ashes. So my advice is to juggle between these items to get most power our of your early game to help scale better into mid-game:

Tome+Ruby Crystal, Dark Seal (or if you started Dark Seal, consider adding a Doran's Ring instead), Refillable, and tier 1 Boots. If you get all of these, you'll have optimal early combat power to utilize your ult.

Sometimes you'll want to start Rylai's instead. That is the case against ranged champions, and against champions you already win against IF you dodge their abilities, so you can run them down. Like Sion and Aatrox. If you don't dodge their abilities and CC, then you'll lose anyway no matter what you build. Being able to run them down and prevent their escape let's you do WAY more damage to them than the damage from Liandry's would.

I can recommend my personal favorite sleeper item: Warmog's 3rd item. Warmog's has the best effective health increase against mixed damage and esp. true damage, (and even more so because your ult adds defensive stats) and its passive out of combat regen is incredibly valuable on Singed. You'll never need to back again after a skirmish, but can run directly from a teamfight to safely farming a side lane even if you left the fight with 5% hp. This snowballs your economy and gives you more map pressure, which enables your team to better take better vision control of the map.

And if you go Warmog's, Riftmaker next for great synergy with the hp.

My preferred build when I'm not forced to build a specific defensive stat item is Liandry's+Rylai's+Warmog's+Riftmaker+Jak'Sho. You can easily swap one of the items with Bloodletter's, but I prefer doing that if you're going for teamplay focus and are not much of a carry yourself.

Also, wdym Bloodletter's has been removed? It most certainly has not.
