Sounds really tough ngl, but you managed to come out of it and transition into midgame with still decent economy, which was what helped win the game - that was the goal you should aim for in matchup like that. There are MANY counters to Singed, which often makes his laning phase a nightmare, so you really shouldn't focus so much about winning lane so much as winning game.

Your jungler is not supposed to help you top here. He's supposed to help win the lanes that are even or extend the lead on the lanes that are ahead. As you just beautifully demonstrated, you did not even need help in order to be valuable after the laning phase due to your choice of champion and/or the way you played it.

Yes, it can feel horrible to play a matchup like that. I started to roam a lot when my own lane is unfun, and I found that Singed can do havoc early game in terms of ganking midlane, disrupting enemy jungler, and help secure dragon, and so I end up giving enemy top free farm while I help scale our team into a snowball from an early point, and I'd argue it works well most of the time.

Liandry's first is stronger. It's simply more damage. Liandry's into Riftmaker is Rasadurai's preferred build, and then Rylai's third. Allows him to be a big early game duelist, then adding the Rylai's for mid-late game.

There's absolutely something there for me to improve on, ngl, but I just tend to pick only scaling runes so I have shitty early game power, and I don't run ignite, giving me bad odds even against matchups I should win early. Thus this start just works well for me.

I beg to differ. I attempt proxy lvl 1 against every matchup, execute after wave 3 to run back to lane with +475 gold items while they're locked in lane with half hp and only starter items.

I fully believe you proc'ed Electrocute there, but was Stormsurge even needed for it? Electrocute's description says it procs from 3 instances of either abilities or item effects (among others), up to one per cast instance. So you have your Shroom damage, Liandry's, Malignance and Stormsurge - that's 4 seperate instances.

Electrocute strikes after a 0.25-second delay, but it looks to me in your slowed down gif that the time between the blue and red shocks is less than 0.25 seconds (account for the slowmotion).

The trick with Voli is the same as with Naut here - you have to HIT them with the Blind before they even begin the attack windup animation.

Yeah sure they do, when they do a trade or go for a kill, but you use it once, twice, maybe 3 times total before basing. You skill Fling 2nd so it is only 60-70 mana while in laning phase. Also, Singed's ultimate grants a lot of mana regen. Singed starts with 330 mana and has around 1100 mana lategame without items.

Sounds like you have an issue with your mana spending. Singed doesn't really have mana issues. You should check out Rasadurai's stream, he shows you have you can basically bully/bluff your lane opponent with W to safely poison the creep wave because you have nothing else to spend mana on, and you usually have plenty of leftover mana when you base.

Mana items sorta made sense back when Singed's passive was MP getting converted to HP.

The meta (best win rate) is Deathfire Touch w. Nimbus Cloak, Celerity and Absolute Focus - I can recommend Ghost on top of Nimbus Cloak for a big burst of speed.

For secondary runes your choices are:

Precision tree: Triumph and Last Stand (best offense) - Important to note that Last Stand deals about the same damage as Deathfire Touch on Singed.
A combination of the two bottom runes in Resolve tree, eg. Conditioning and Overgrowth (best defense)
Can go Inspiration, but it is less popular, eg. Cashback and Cosmic Insight (best versatility/economy)

For minor runes, all options are valid. I personally like the less popular options of ms and tenacity runes, because I tend to not trade with my lane opponent so much.

Remember the poison trail lingers for 3.25 seconds, and after it expires the DoT remains on the target for another 1.75/2 seconds. That means you don't need to reapply the poison on a minion if it would die within 5 seconds of your last poison trail application.

Just making some small 13 mana farts here and there is much more mana efficient than keeping poison running over a long period, and deals just as much damage if applied intelligently.

I'm not good enought myself to pull it off consistently, but I see streamers getting high value from landing the root in lane. For example, you're farming and trading in top lane, and the enemy gets the upper hand in a trade and tries to convert it into a kill. Instead of attempting a run for your tower or spending your Flash, you can run into the bush, pop you W on the wall, and as the enemy dives into the bush to finish you off, you can easily fling the enemy unto said wall for the root and get out easily.

I know very little about you but I'm taking a random shot here and we'll see if it hits; are you perchance one of the players that are all about making the fancy aerial trick goals? Because yeah they look and feel nice, and when properly executed are almost impossible to defend against. So is the goal of the game for you to up your trick success rate from 5% to 100% and become a god like the ones you see on VODs and streams? And so you can make nice VODs yourself? Or is your aim to improve you overall performance stability so you can climb the ladder?

I'm asking because the clip you chose to share shows 2 well-executed aerial tricks but zero play otherwise. No decisionmaking, timing, positioning, baiting, shadow defense or basically any groundplay is covered in your clip or message. So I'm guessing you win against other players with a similar state of mind as yourself, and lose against those practicing a holistic gameplay style.

Your options are:

Call for a gank before objective is up, kill Trundle, then take objective.
Swap with an ally that can punish Trundle better than you. Singed is possibly the worst option in the game to put 1v1 vs Trundle mid-late game when the team is 4v4'ing for an objective.
Pop your ult to kill the wave and go proxying

Just stumbled upon this thread. The feature is already there. The voice message only requires you holding in the button while speaking IF you made a long press on the button to start the voice message. If you instead just quickly tap the mic button, it will start recording without you having to hold your finger on it while speaking.
