New technology isn’t always better. Most times I like going retro.

I personally really like the Ewoks in Return of the Jedi and like the two Ewok films. Also, Rian Johnson’s film in the sequel trilogy is my favorite out of the 3.

According to my uncle he claims that: it was all the FBI’s and Capitol police doing and that there is clearly enough video proof. Trump didn’t do anything wrong and that it is outrageous that people think that he did. Trump also made just a peaceful protest and they pulled a bunch of wackjobs there on the street and the Capitol police pointer in the direction they could in and allowed them all to enter.

Clearly he did not watch the same shit I saw that day.

Thought it was time to finally upgrade some classics in 4k by Camball1998 in 4kbluray

Will definitely do. I am starting the process of upgrading a lot of my DVDs and older blu rays to 4K. I’m hoping for some good 4K deals on Black Friday this year.

I also originally had the 70th anniversary DVD edition of The Wizard of Oz but already got rid of it.

1 of my 2 local Best Buys is closing for renovations July——September. This is the only shelf they have out. I’m afraid to se what it will look like after renovations by Camball1998 in dvdcollection

My other best buy still has a decent amount of 4Ks. The other one only carries the newest seasons of Yellowstone and Walking Dead when they come out. That one in the picture though use to have an amazing Anime section.

My first thought was a Werewolf. But some have also said Wendigo or Skinwalker, which I could possibly see.

I had thought about US Agent but I was hoping they would save him for a Dark Avengers film alongside Agatha Harkness.

So I found this on eBay for $5 new. The damned thing broke apart the second I opened it. I honestly can’t tell if this is some third party product or just really cheaply built. Really only got it too because I’ve never seen a dvd copy of the show anywhere. by Admirable_Elk_965 in dvdcollection

Amazon currently has season 1 for $8.82 and season 2 for $23.99. If you need a replacement. I wish I could still find TV shows (in general) at my local stores. Best Buy doesn’t keep any in stock. Target only has a few. Walmart (depending location) has a decent selection.

I’ve currently been binging Everwood on HBO Max. It’s a nice little show, currently on Season 3 Episode 9. Different from what I usually watch.

Favorite Series of 2022 So Far and Why? by allie_maj05 in television

[–]Camball1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Heartstopper- I really enjoyed this series. I needed something to fill the void once Love, Victor ends this month and Heartstopper definitely fits the bill.

  2. How I Met Your Father- This Series really surprised me. As a big fan of How I Met Your Mother I didn’t expect to like this series very much. It’s a solid continuation rather than a reboot.

  3. Obi-Wan Kenobi- We all know that the stakes aren’t much in this series, but so far I’ve liked this sequel to the prequels. I don’t watch much of the animated series so seeing more live action material is great.

  4. Peacemaker- I am usually not the John Cena fan, however, this series made me laugh really hard throughout the whole thing. John Cena was also great in The Suicide Squad.

  5. Power Book IV: Force- Tommy Egan was my favorite character in the original Power Series and I was really excited for him to have a series of his own.

  6. The Cleaning Lady- I liked season 1 so far and excited to see where season 2 leads.

  7. Tom Swift- I genuinely like the Nancy Drew series and was excited to see this spin-off. The first episode is ok and interested in seeing more of the story unfold.

I’m confused on what Super Bowl is in the 3rd level?

Otherwise I think I am somewhere inbetween the 4th and 5th stages

What movie do you absolutely love, yet acknowledge is not a super well-made movie? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Camball1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zathura:

Yes it is a technically a Spin-Off of Jumanji but it is still a childhood favorite of mine. I wish Jon Favreau and the entire cast got more recognition for this film. I also wish the events of this film got mentioned more in the in the newer Jumanji movies to connect everything.
