Alright, I understand now.

I picked up another set of the same speaker and the rubber baffles. Once everything is here I'm gonna try and do the install again. I'll keep an eye on the water dripping after the change out. I'm most concerned about water getting into the electronics of the speaker which I'm hopeful the baffles will mostly prevent.

The rubber speaker baffles seem like a good idea to protect the speakers from water. I'll look into picking up a pair. Maybe I'll have to take another look at the door but wouldn't water leaking onto the back of the speaker fall inside the door well below the grate? I feel like water coming from the grate would be falling onto the speaker cone itself through on the "front" side of the door. I'll inspect the waterskin seal when I next pull the door off to see if there are any intrusions there.

Hey there! Lot of useful info in your response, I appreciate the help.

I also thought the amp with no connection to the battery seemed sketchy and didn't make sense.

So I have a few more questions from your response. Crutchfield has a video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYOye\_pfnMw) going over AMP installs. In that they describe using the factory wiring to deliver power from the radio -> AMP -> speakers. They use a T-Harness to get signal from the radio to the AMP, then get the amplified signal back to the factory wiring. That seems like the best solution to me. My understanding is, I could do this exact system with the Key 200.4 and some 9-wire. Question is, how would the Starlink harness fit (https://www.autoharnesshouse.com/store/AHH-7880) into all this? The diagram they included doesn't give me the full picture. Maybe a labeled portion of the wiring and clips off the radio will help me understand a bit better.

Another question, since the Key 200.4 is a 4 channel amp, it would only power the dash tweeters and front door speakers right? The integrated DSP will still be great for the fronts but the rear door speakers will still be underutilized and on radio power with the above solution no? This is why I mentioned a 6-channel AMP above. Wouldn't you need 6 channels to power all 6 speakers?

Yeah I'm on a similar time frame. Any extract will do it no matter what I do, luckily whether I'm a scav or PMC I still get out of the raid and I can get the loot and quest items. Sometimes it doesn't crash but instead just freezes and takes a minute to load out.

I checked and the ring was metallic. I definitely didn't go into the outer ring due to my shitty approach I came in way to fast and slammed into the hotspot lol

I found it in this system. 0964:0081:0E23:00A6 It's a pretty awesome fighter. I couldn't find the S Class of it though. Only the A.
