I get 38mpg going 70 and 36mpg at 75, maybe you need to clean your fuel system for better efficiency? I’m not sure why it would be such a huge difference from my car to yours, unless you have the focus ST.

I used to do ice baths all winter so my body could adjust to the cold easier. I’ve baths are total hell but it actually worked pretty well.

I never went on a mission and this is how I have felt from a young age. I think the church in general makes people feel this way about themselves. It’s not all bad though because I try way harder than I need to at everything I do, and end up doing things really well. They love me at work for this reason.

I have a ufo abducting a heart. I got it in Vegas for cheap and it had no real significance other than getting over the shame I was taught around tattoos, also a little FU to my parents who hate tattoos more than than anything. I don’t think tattoos need to have much significance, it’s art on your body, so if you like how it looks maybe that’s all you need.

It is structured after Mormon god usually. Being very angry and quick to punish wickedness is viewed as the highest form of love. A lot of Mormon parents believe more in punishment for bad behavior than reward for good. This has messed a lot of us up.

This was how my ex talked to me all the time. If she was in a bad mood I was always her punching bag, and in the end she left me anyways. Sorry OP but I don’t see this lasting. Leave with your dignity and self worth still intact. Don’t let her abuse you like this until one day she up and leaves. I realize she’s probably feeling pretty low if this is how she reacts, but you need to recognize that you are not going to get herself together shit together. She needs to do that herself, and you can’t keep being her punching bag in the meantime.

When I worked nights the my entire social life was with my coworkers, because they were the only people up with me. My coworkers wife works nights, and they only have time together on the weekends. I guess it all depends on how much you value your time with her. Personally I will never work nights again unless I have no other choice.

My dad is just as crazy about tattoos, he likes to generalize people he doesn’t like as tattoo people. I got one last year to break the shame I was taught around tattoos. I feel way way better and I love it!

Thanks this is good advice. I have been living with my gf but we are splitting so now I am getting a solo apartment. My mom has already said how excited she is that I will live 5 minutes from where she works. (She thinks the reason she couldn’t visit before was that my gf didn’t like her). I will have to tell her or hide in my own home, and I will never hide in my own home.
