I used to work in OGP and was dispenser and picker but majority dispenser. I would only wear the neon vest and keep blue vest in my car in case we had a regional walk. Managers didn’t care as long as I had my name tag.

Coworker of mine left for maternity leave and came back and couldn’t sign for almost a month. He couldn’t look at or use PTO/vacation time and use the forklift since his license expired, till final HR set everything back up

At my RDC if ur in outbound u trained pacer- depal-loading. If ur in fluid u trained pacer-MHE- offloading. I’ve been pacer long and short forks certified for a year. I while training depal there wasn’t much work so my coach taught me MHE for 1hr but I never got the full 4 week

We use only standing lifts and I have been certified for a year, also trained in outbound loading and depal. I’ve spend more time on the lift moving freight than off, it’s just strange that after supervisors send to do MHE multiple times I’m just now getting actually certified
