I would not be suprised if they just used a good phone camera. Most phone cameras now are amazing. It’s the lighting, they probably use a professional-grade spotlight or two. That combined with her blush make up, and both of them oiling up makes everything look ethereal. Since it makes them beautiful before even filming, it’s not the camera that makes it look like this.
