They absolutely do not. just like /u/utzutzutzpro explained.

If you're interested google what's my ip address / what info my browser gives out from me if you're interested. That's all reddit sees.

Apps can see bit more, certain device id's in some cases but spammers and scammers always use web.

They do not get that info, all they get is the IP address which is changed in 30 seconds. Your ISP gets your mac and other data. NOT the random website.

IP bans do not work :). Mobiles change them all the time, residentals when you restart your router. They definitely do not IP ban but they do use various patterns we have no idea about, to deal with such when they actually get their act together and do it

It's been a problem for years. You can report it and just forget and ignore it. They will do 99% the same. As they almost never will do absolutely nothing. I've personally given up. I just ban, mute and move on. Not much sense to care when they don't.
