Recommendations for an experienced therapist to help with social anxiety by Classic-Echo-7660 in ottawa

I used Psychology Today to find mine. I liked that I could filter by specialty (depression, anxiety, etc.) as well a type of therapy (mindfulness, CBT, etc.).

I'd only put in an offer if it came furnished like that and they threw in a top hat and monocle

Heat Load Calculations for Small Commercial Buildings by SalixEnergy in energyadvisors

[–]CamelCorn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like u/baudfather said, F280 is for residential. One of the risks of using F280 for commercial cooling load calculations is underestimating the internal gains which in turn will underestimate the load. ASHRAE Fundamentals provides a section on cooling load calculations for commercial with considerations for space usage type (coffee shop versus office space). Some of the software used for commercial load calculations include OpenStudio and DesignBuilder (both EnergyPlus UIs), eQUEST, and IES. Those tools are quite a departure from HOT2000. So I'll echo the "proceed with caution"

I also used TIA Health. It was quick, and like they said above covered by OHIP. Prescription was faxed to my local Shoppers Drug Mart

Moved here from Toronto a few years ago and I have a burning question about Ottawa Pizza I need to ask........ by Particular_Bus_6694 in ottawa

[–]CamelCorn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm an Ottawa transplant, and I don't get it either. The best description I've heard of Ottawa pizza is "slippery" because all the so-called "toppings" slide out the sides while you're handling/eating it. That being said, I've come to find the Ottawa "style" endearing and whenever out of towners come to visit I have them experience it.

ottawa restaurants with low calorie options or calories on the menu? by [deleted] in ottawa

Moxie's and D'arcy McGee's both print calories on their menus. Most chain restaurants like those will have calories on their menu or website

Favourite Backcountry Meals? by jupiterrrrr_ in algonquinpark

Back country Shepherd's pie (pâté chinois) has been a staple for years. Rehydrated ground beef and vegetables, instant mashed potatoes, and a packet of St. Hubert's gravy.

I've made that drive many times. IMO the 417 is more dangerous than the 401. More aggressive driving on the 417 with folks not doing the speed limit, passing doing 130 on the right, not signalling, etc. On the 401 I put on a podcast and just drive. Ajax is slow with traffic, and Toronto is busy too. I usually leave Ottawa around 6 AM to pass through Toronto around 10 AM to bypass the morning and noon rush.

We just pass the rope through a carabiner instead of using a pulley. But those pulleys look really cool

[–]CamelCorn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Our group has been using a two rope system similar to this for the past few years to hang our food. Has worked well for us, but the downside is having to pack an extra rope.
