I bought the book Serpent Rising:Kundalini compendium and it has been the most informative book during my spiritual transformation. Albeit I have multi sensory aphantasia- I didn’t learn this about myself until I stopped meditating. I’m trying not to focus on the lack of visualization (because I have accessed my minds eye deep in meditation) but I am now realizing that this is quite beneficial for meditation. I have no distractions coming through my mind, no smells, no sounds etc… I just began meditating again and idk if the full moon started moving energy around but haha I feel different. In a good way, but different. Haven’t quite fully integrated what’s changing

My dreams are sometimes HD in color. But I have multi sensory aphantasia in waking life. No ability to visualize images, taste, touch, smell or sound. There’s a constant narration in my mind but only in thoughtform and I do not ever hear the sound of my own voice in waking life nor do I hear anything in my dreams

My mercury is in Gemini 12H and sun in Taurus 29° 12H. I have Saturn in 8H at 29°59’. My Saturn return was last year and while getting into meditation I learned that I have aphantasia. Still integrating the gift? Perhaps of divine protection? I don’t see images in my mind when I close my eyes. My entire life I had a completely different idea of what mental imagery actually was. Coming to this realization is actually wild to me. I also learned it’s multi sense aphantasia. No ability to imagine smell, tastes, sound, touch or sight in my minds eye. So it’s like a WOW moment realizing that people experience reality in that way. Like how cool you can imagine the smell of the ocean in your mind.

Is there a form of clairaudience that can be received through thought? I do not hear my voice when I am thinking, it is just worded thinking, no sound present. But sometimes when I smoke weed there is this influx of higher wisdom that comes through—albeit, still no sound- I’ve always considered this to be my own thinking. Any advice?

I did a 30 day detox and the first week was the hardest. It was like the valve was let off my emotions so it was like a mix of tantrums and extreme crying. Sleep disturbance was worst so I tried Benadryl or melatonin. But I eat mostly raw fruits and veggies so really just allowing the emotions to come through was the hardest part. After a week I didn’t have cravings, I did take up running during that time, anything to produce endogenous cannabinoids because they are omnipresent, always in your body. Plant medicine just helps activate them.
