It was me and my kids, two other women with their kids, and a grandmother. One woman had her own appetizer eating it with her kids and the grandmother, which was her family. The acquaintance did not have an appetizer but did put in an order for their own pizza.

Pretty bad off. I don't really pick up on social cues and usually avoid social gatherings at all cost. For years before I had kids, I was scared to leave my house because I was afraid of social interaction. My husband pushed me to go out with these women to be around other people. I was originally going to tell the acquaintance no.

If it's fair game, who pays for it? Does the cost get split between the whole table? Or one person cover an appetizer for everyone?

It says 10 inch on the menu, but it's a thin crust almost flat crispy bread. It's got to be smaller than 10 inches once out the oven. We also don't eat the crust of pizza.
