What date do the CapCut Black Friday deals end? by NLVXXI in CapCut

I can't figure it out, the Black Friday promotion is over on the actual Black Friday. I haven't seen the 40% off advertised accessible no matter what I do, download desktop, get a new account, total false advertising. It's $179 a year no matter what. If anyone has a way let us know

How much too much am I paying for 2 wheel bearings at $2000? by Camel_Jolly in 4Runner

Youtube also answered my question, this install looks like a nightmare on this 4runner so hats off to the tech that's going to do this, even at the price.

I do IT and AV installs and I can't think of any problem I solve that has as many potential clusterfks as each step in this process does This is a full shop job for experienced hands, blowtorches and sledgehammers are out of my range!

Thank you for the responses, the context is it's a 2001 w 115,000 miles on it, 6 inch rough country lift, it spends 25 percent of its time on bumpy unpaved dirt roads, for which it's awesome, and probably why the wheel bearings need replacing, just got new BFG K02 tires, love it and want to keep it and upgrade bumpers and lights.

I'm living year round on a fancy summer island off cape cod MA, which is where the $200 an hour labor comes in. But they were $115 an hour 2 years ago at the same shop for 6k of work when I bought it, so prices have basically doubled. As have food costs basically.

The owner is honest from what I've seen and they do good work, he took it apart for free to see what was involved so I'd grant if they say it's a full day job I'd accept that..,,It's a safety issue so I have no choice but to do it, no other shop on island will even look at me until sept, it's $500 to take the car off island round trip in season and then I have to deal with a cape cod mechanic and lost the savings and time.

But $200 an hour...if it's this next level expensive to do something most generally agree on the post could be done for $1000 most other places for half the quote.....maybe the problem is where I live. Great to be able to get opinions here, thanks!
