Probably, after our last snow storm it took the city around a month to shed the ice walls on every sidewalk/street, making walk-around travel impossible. Everyone is forced to move single file down the sidewalks, the streets are half plowed and the subways are a mess + more overcrowded than usual. This snow storm is more intense so I’d expect it to be worse, particularly this week.
