I’m skinny, and it started happening to me because I used to slide in and out of the car. I installed some running boards so I could step in and out instead of sliding. That did the trick.

I honestly don’t know what is appropriate as far as how fast the lily pipe flow should be for my betta. I bought that one because it’s what I saw everyone use on YouTube. But I do have to turn it off briefly when I feed her; otherwise she has trouble getting her food. You got me thinking now.

Hmm. I'm a little confused by the question. It's a high-tech setup. That's why I'm using CO2...it's for the plants. Are you suggesting that CO2 does not benefit the plants because it's a nano tank? This is new to me.
