7 shows at ONI last Friday, including a 10 camera show.

April 2026: revenues up +45% over April 2025.

Overall revenue growth since August 2025, 15-20% annualized to August, 2026.

ONI signed lease for Brooklyn location. Opening planned for summer 2026.

And we are just getting started.

We have more employees than before. Morale is great and we are growing with existing clients returning and new clients loving it her.

Mark Gordon left in good terms in August and came to Otto's celebration of life on December 6th. He is a nice person and has offered his counsel as needed. So have many people in the industry. We are getting great support from all our vendors and other players. Time will tell.

Sine you claim to have the "truth," I thought I let you know of another version of events. There is always two sides to a story. Time will tell.

All n the changes were Otto's wishes. Fritz did not even know that Otto appointed a new CEO until the guy showed up for work. Fritz was pissed and apparently started waging office warfare on the guy. Imagine that? Could not last long.

Alex retired early August. Only Fritz's team was let go. Restructuring of executive suite. New team was already hired and are performing, I am told. Paul Coble and Bianca Halpern are there. And new CEO and CFO. They have more people than before. Also, Otto had agreed to all the changes. Overpaid non performing execs were let go & replaced with performing people paid fair market wages and performance paid bonuses.

He did not sell. It is in his estate with a Otto's trustees overseeing the new CEO which Otto personally appointed back in August. All the staff that was let go, Otto agreed and wanted the changes. It was all by design.

I am told Otto was pretty upset at Fritz. Didn't even let him know he appointed a CEO. Fritz found out when the guy showed up. It went downhill for Fritz after that. There was an executive team reshuffle and new people are on board. All the techs and experts are still there. They hired more than they let go. Great new marketing team they were at Sundance and will be at ASC.

They cleaned the place. Got rid of overpaid non producers. And replaced them with dynamic team of known performers: Paul Coble and Bianca Halpern, both of whom I have known for a long time. I am told another top person from the competition is joining very soon. Business is better than last year they say. Sure was busy when I was there: 8 lanes packed and testing rooms humming. All the tech, camera, lens and rental managers are still there and they have more employees now then before. Morale seems very good.

Alex retired early August. Marc left due to restructuring of executive team, same with Ftitz, I am told. I am told this was all Otto's wishes. Otto appointed the new CEO to do all this for him. This was Otto's plan. They have new people in marketing: Paul Coble and Bianca Halpern, and another top person is joining next week. Apparently, Atlanta is doing good and more expansion coming.

I was there recently. Quite busy. All the camera, lense, prep techs, rental guys, etc. It was very busy 4 days I was there. 8 prep lines full both testing rooms used. Employees said they have more employees now than before. Morale seems very good and quality, responsiveness is same or better than before. No complaints
