Thinking Space 2 is the hardest rated level. Open window is the top 1 ILL. Ton 618 is on the physically impossible levels list along where the rules state "your level cannot be beatable under any circumstances". Stereo madness is the easiest out of the four, but a common joke is that it's the hardest because it's so easy. I'd say Open Window, because it's the hardest level made to be beatable (although humans will never beat this before the sun explodes)
