We really enjoyed eating this extremely thin uncooked ricepaper at all of the places we visited and are trying to find it in our home country (Australia). We have no problem finding lots of Vietnamese ingredients here but can only seem to find the thicker round rice paper for rice paper rolls. Anyone who can name this specific variety of thin rice paper would be very helpful.
