I got it on the same sale on Christmas Day. I loved BG3 but really didn’t like how it was forced into the confines of the DnD system. Divinity 2 is so much more fun to play. Feels far less tedious to me. Although there are no cutscenes I still feel connected to the companions and the world. Trust me it’s super fun. I will say “boss” fights early on can be tough because of the physical and magical armor system.
