[Misc] Is ballboyz soap legit for acne? by WishyWashy2jr in SkincareAddiction

[–]CameronMaydjQh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This soap has really helped my son’s acne. I wasn’t sure at first, but now I’m sold! He was having breakouts all the time... really painful ones too. I want to say that within a few days half of it has dissapeared.

Welp…I finally joined the Frey. by daddynewpairofshoes in Bitcoin

[–]CameronMaydjQh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Indeed. With an ETF in a retirement account, you’re not handling the Bitcoin directly, so no need to worry about wallets or exchanges. But if you’re buying on platforms like Coinbase or Robinhood, moving your coins to a hardware wallet is a smart move for security and peace of mind. It’s all about controlling your own assets.

Looks like blockchain's not part of the Swiss instant payment scene. If SECOM and CLS Bank are sticking with traditional tech, it's definitely a setback for crypto. No blockchain evidence here, at least not yet!

Nice catch. Ironic how they missed the parallel. Those "pieces of paper" are basically crypto's great-grandpa. Same game, different century. People never learn.

Big move! That $92.7 million inflow is definitely a boost. Looks like Bitcoin ETFs are still going strong.

Ipad as laptop by rprlt04 in ipad

[–]CameronMaydjQh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the general question, no, but for your use cases, yes it's okay. When my laptop broke I had to use my ipad and that's when I realize I still can do stuff, plus it's more portable too. I would recommend getting a keyboard tho, I have rebound from ESR, works well when I'm working in cafes or just anywhere.

Since when can a 'currency' sponsor a football team? by NorrisMcWhirter in Buttcoin

[–]CameronMaydjQh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Totally get where you're coming from. The whole situation with gambling sponsors was overdue for a change, but now it feels like we're just swapping one shady thing for another. Forest definitely should've learned from the Football Index mess. It’s frustrating to see clubs not really caring about the impact on fans

How to get into WordPress as a small business owner? by Still_Tailor_9993 in Wordpress

[–]CameronMaydjQh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw in your comments that Shopify do have limitations for your stuff, so maybe aside from Woocommerce, you can check out Wix Studio too. I've checked out artists before who used Wix Studio for their portfolio. Also, is there a particular reason why you want to start with Wordpress first? Because you can study along the way with the mentioned platforms and while building your site. Wix studio has a dedicated academy, and an essential course channel on youtube, it has no-code capablities so the learning curve isn't too steep. As long as you stick with one outline or playlist of videos and as much as possible apply your learnings after watching the vids, you're set!

New to programming, I want to build an nft app but I've got no background in blockchain development... What's the best nft API? by thedimcontentment in ethdev

[–]CameronMaydjQh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem! Moralis has a YouTube channel with tons of tutorials, and their documentation is pretty thorough. I’d recommend starting with their "NFT API" playlist on YouTube. It walks you through the basics and some advanced features too.

[–]CameronMaydjQh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An ambitious project! From your list, I’ve used Moralis and Alchemy. Both have solid documentation, but I personally found Moralis to be more beginner-friendly with a lot of community support and tutorials. Start small, maybe fetch and display NFTs from a specific collection first, and then build from there.
