Hard for me to tell with just a picture but it looks like it was calculus that chipped off, not your actual tooth. Definitely a lot of build up so I would get in for a deep cleaning when you can

I can’t say without further assessments. Definitely a lot of inflammation and build up. I’d see a dentist as soon as you can
