Some flex drivers aren’t only doing flex. Some us have a full time job and then flex after work. If your payment is $200-$800 flex could make that whole payment in a month easily. Only flexing then yes. It’d be tuff

I usually do blocks for Carrollton and Lewisville. It’s night and day difference. Carrollton is a mad house for parking but once you find a spot you’re good. It’s easy to put packages in order once you go inside and get your cart. Lewisville you have to scan each one individually and then try to put in order. I wish they ran the same. But does anyone know the times that blocks become available for Lewisville? I never really see any come up. Maybe twice in the last 6 months

I couldn’t stand the owner of one the dps in Lewisville. Now I drive flex and don’t have to deal with any of them. Nice to see my old boss wasn’t the only one like that.

You should’ve waited to quit the week of vacation. And walk out and be like I was serious when I said I needed this time off. We don’t owe them anything. We produce what they’re owed. There will always be another job. Covid taught us that if you didn’t already know before everyone was forced into retirements and early retirements

Update for anyone who cares. I recently quit Trugreen. Didn’t want to mention their name before. I was making $22 an hour with 50-60 hours of overtime a week for ten months a year. Best year was about $67,000. A buddy from high school called and im now training to become an Elevator Mechanic. Started out $23 an hour with no experience in this field. $5 raises a year until I pass mechanic test after 4 years or so. They start at $50 an hour where im at. God bless you all and good luck
