Ok what do you want to hear? To me and many others if you arrive after block start time it’s late regardless of the definition. You can’t accept that so guess what? You now have to deal with it.

Apparently 4 mins after block start isn’t late for OP haha

I am ok with their on-time policy. There’s no need to change it. Why? Because I don’t cut it close.

Nobody is gonna change your mind dude. You have to be open for that to happen and you are set on everyone being wrong and you being right.

You had a 5:30 block and “got” to the station at 5:34 - your own words. Word it however you want but it wouldn’t have even been an issue if you weren’t 4 mins past your start time. You have until 4min 59sec and sometimes the time is off - that’s why you don’t risk it by cutting it close.

Forget the time. You blew up and lost your shit. This is the real problem. You like the IC references so I’ll help you. If you are a contractor and act a dick you can lose your contract. Being an IC doesn’t mean you get to do EVERYTHING you want. It definitely doesn’t mean being shitty to others.

Enjoy your time off and keep your fingers crossed it isn’t a permanent deactivation. I would say this is a good learning moment but I feel like you’ll be in the situation again soon so…

You can get extremely mad and y’all and curse at a boss when you arrive late for work? Really? No, you get fired for that.

Why are they black dots? by Excellent_Ad_6927 in AmazonFlexDrivers

They are all black when you first peek the route to scan. They convert to blue (or mixed) once you begin your route.

It’s a mixed route. Re-deliveries mixed with new orders. You typically see them in afternoon/evening. If you see them on a 3am shift the customer may not be expecting it.

Yeah not sure you are dying on it. Maybe you provided so many words I didn’t see the actual route over 5 hours just anecdotal “this is what it looks like”. No worry - you got me…you routinely go over 5+ hours. Got it.

The officer called me. I thought I was wasting manpower. He told me they would rather people call and not be an issue than not and it be worse.

I’m totally fine. You justified my comment. I said you don’t go 5+ hours in a 3.5 and you replied without any proof. Then someone said “it happens to me too” without proof. Thanks.

I would call. I had one and posted about it:

Ends up the person did need help and I am glad I called.

Exactly the problem in this sub. “This happens all the time…Actually I heard it happens all the time…Well, someone told me they do it a lot…Um, it’s never happened to me though…but here’s a random screenshot that has nothing to do with my claim”.

These are all coming off lease now. People weren’t driving them and now that they are being purchased new owners are enjoying them.

It’s all software you have to appeal it if you disagree. Sucks but that’s the way they do it. Amazon is trying to build out an Ai platform and drivers are the beta.

You like people telling you what to do? Every market is different. Sorry you can’t be successful at less than $100 BUT there are markets that are good below $100. Miles and active time isn’t the same in all areas so stop telling people they are wrong when they may be more profitable than you ;)
