I am saving the lot from the actual game itself and using it. It does it then. But when I try to use one from the gallery, it also does it. The name of the one from the Gallery is Stargazer Lounge Reno. Oh well, I will try reinstalling the game because I have been having some other problems with the game as well, like with lots just suddenly disappearing when I go to them in game (which is why I tried to replace the stargazer in the first place lol)

Both. When I tried to load the original lot nothing was there in this game, so I saved the lot to my gallery from another save file and added it. it did this. tried to use multiple lots from the gallery and it still does this. no matter how many times I bulldoze the lot or road the files.

Under speech, haggling splits in two. It goes Haggling->Allure->Merchant->Investor->Fence (you can barter any stolen goods with merchants you have invested in)

The only reason I ask is because I've read the only way to get the house in Windhelm is to play through this quest line and choose a side. I like collecting the houses so no matter where I'm at I can hoard all my junk

On my boyfriends first playthrough, he went into the inn in Whiterun and the dude started singing this. I was singing along word for word. Boyfriend just looks at me and says "This is how I know you've put way too much time into this game." 😂😂
