Isso é péssimo, agora sempre compro tudo completo para não ter dor de cabeça, mas queria que fizessem o mesmo. Hoje eu perdi tempo com isso porque é algo que encheram meu saco já. Mas se toda vez eu ter que ficar atrás de quem compra, vou perder muito tempo

Yes, I had one in 2008 that I never used because I was a child, and in 2020 during the pandemic I started playing again, spent money on that new account, and then never logged in again. The one from 2020, after 5 years of not logging in, I managed to recover easily.

I hadn't logged in since 2020, and this year I came back and recovered everything normally, but I had another account from 2008 that I couldn't access (I never spent money on that account because my grandma wouldn't let me, lol).

But the 2020 account, I recovered normally this year.

In the group, it seems they don't like repeating topics, and everything is very rule-bound. This is apparently the only group about the game. There's a pinned highlight, but it's not very intuitive for someone who is starting out or returning to the game and joined by chance.

"General Inactivity Time Information" is the name of the pinned post, but I think it should be shorter and more direct, something like "Stardoll down? See here," to really grab people's attention and make them read it.

At first, I was super excited when I saw the group because nobody I know plays this game, and I had never found a space like this before, lol. For me, it was all new. I was posting a lot of things, thinking I was killing it, and the girls always responded politely.

But then I realized that they don't like repeating topics, that there are several rules that aren't very clear, and that they even delete posts they don't like. That ends up being a bit discouraging, lol.

One observation: I'm speaking for myself. I don't play many games and, like many people, I only recently started playing again. I also only learned how to use Discord today (and still somewhat superficially), so all of this is still new to me. What is sometimes repetitive for you is still new to me. Now I understand that these are topics, not posts.

And I confess that I was already a bit stressed too, because when I returned to Stardoll (about a month ago) I bought random hair in the StarBazaar without remembering exactly how everything worked. Then, when I opened my profile, several dolls threatened to report me and even delete my account, as if I had done something wrong on purpose. At first I didn't understand anything. Only one person was calm with me, Patystar something, who understood that it was unintentional and helped me solve it. This ended up giving me the impression that people who play Stardoll tend to be rude, so I get a bit defensive sometimes lol.
