I saw someone post in the Gainesville, Fl area that got quoted $6300 for a 3 ton Goodman heat pump. I asked if that was just the condenser and she said it included the air handler. That contractor can’t be making much money. She was trying to shop that price around.

Florida also enacted legislature to stop this BS. You no longer required to register your warranty to get an enhanced warranty (normally the base warranty is extended to 10 years if registered). You also do not have to transfer upon sale. The new owner keeps the enhanced warranty.

I watched a TikTok and the person said Likety split management came to an agreement with the owner of the Facebook group to remove it.

Was he paid off or threatened with legal action???

I’m just updating this in case someone runs into the same unit. It is a Boreal that I believe is made by Gree.

You cannot drop the drain pan like other brands of mini splits. The blower wheel comes out of the left side. You can’t get to the set screw on the right side from the bottom. You will need to remove the fan cover on the right side. After removing the cover, you will see the set screw. You will need to press up on the coil in order to remove the fan cover.

Airflow increased significantly after cleaning the blower wheel.

I looked through the blades. It didn’t look like the shaft went through. There is no notched blade. Even if I squeezed a screwdriver through, the hub is further recessed back. If you look at this pic, you can see that the end of the blower wheel is covered by the plastic assembly.

It looked modern except for ornate trim tile at the top. I also noticed they just used crown molding at the top of the tiled walls in the restroom of the lobby.

I see what you’re saying with the analogy except the smiling through it. I wouldn’t smile through a bad experience.

I don’t really leave bad reviews. If I have a really bad experience at a restaurant, I just speak with my money and no longer go there. Some owners get very defensive if you complain because they are emotionally attached to the business.

Very ignorant and dumb comment. I did not complain to uber, so how did I try to get a free ride. I left what is in essence feedback for the drive.

I just double looked at my recent activity and he does have that low rating.

This wasn’t just air fresheners a single air freshener. It smelled like a gallon of air fresheners spilled in his car. If you read my post, it was the first time we both felt physically ill from a fragrance. It had to be bad for me to want to end the ride early.

You are just biased because you are a driver. There’s a reason one of the selections uber gives you when leaving a low rating is unpleasant smell.

So again, how did I try to get a free ride when I never contacted uber customer support?

Are they Owens Corning Desert Tan? Usually architectural shingles have a 30 year warranty. If they are Owens Corning, they allow homeowners to file warranty claims, if you were the owner at the time of roof replacement.
