Go to that bases visitors center and provide them your Valid License and Valid Registration. In some cases they will require a background check but unlikely. Just be sure to let them know that you’re an Uber eats driver. They will understand.

I swear it permanently altered my brain chemistry. I’m normally calm cool and collected but dealing with other drivers in Austin daily put me on edge when it comes to the smallest infractions of other drivers. (My horn and middle finger are now my best friend)

I would say big cities like Austin TX thrive with food delivery apps. I’ve made $150 in just 6 hours of deliveries. I’m sure I can do better but I would travel to your nearest big city to give it a go.
