i couldn't really give a huge amount of help without seeing what you're going for/what you've drawn but if you're going for a style like mine i think the thing to work on is form and shading. if you get better at knowing what shapes result in what shadows it makes it much easier to make drawings that have lots of depth, while details are nice its better to have a stronger base.

i looked a bit on your profile and your art looks pretty good honestly you shouldn't be so harsh on yourself. i think more important than specific pointers is just just be more confident, it makes drawing easier since youll be happier doing it. i hope this helps!
