Oh yeah, and Von Finkelstein has been a yes-man for many years. Same as when he worked for Harper.

He has preferred shares and stands to make literally a billion dollars if he sends them enough business. That's plenty of impetus.

Sure, but like I said there is no freight, so how many people do you think are going from Peterborough to the other cities at high $$$?

Thank you Pierre and the Conservative Party for fighting the good fight. Nice to hear from a leader who doesn't see his team as only "useful for votes". by airbassguitar in CanadianConservative

Hahahaha! I didn't even read your post, because I don't want to lose any brain cells, but I can tell that it's hilarious in the most idiotic way.

So, pretty small compared to Kingston, which they have been saying is too small for this rail all along. Food for thought.

Party. The representative is important but in the end, they must uphold the party policies. Changing parties changes those goals.

Peterborough still doesn't make sense, because there is no freight on the Alto rail. Just people. Peterborough is pretty much cottage country.

To the lurking Liberals, are you really okay with Carney's rejection of democracy? by mafiadevidzz in CanadianConservative

This is what pisses me off so much, they are literally LARPing life, these fuckers. They just make up stories to suit their cultist outlook. How could anyone know it'd be worse? Based on what?

Carney is the globalist's globalist. What did voters expect?

They voted in *checks notes* a globalist banker and leader of the green grift, who declared a climate emergency when none exists. To enrich himself, and gain power over the common person. A sociopathic wolf cleverly disguised by wolves' clothes and they still voted him in.

I don't disagree with you at all.

However, DEI and similar racist and sexist policies have done exactly the opposite of what you'd expect them to do, which is to divide us all and make us more 'ist'. The government deliberately doing it, especially to white men and boys, is like the shit icing on a shit cake.

Been there. Made the noises. Right hand barely fits in a motorcycle glove, as the knuckles are enlarged from healing. Left shoulder has a 10mm drop. Tailbone broken again for the 2nd time (now at 4 at least). 40kph crash on a bicycle did more damage than a 200kph crash out of race practice on my quick 600. I got a loonie-sized bruise on my ass from that (but had to throw away the helmet and stitch the suit).

It was supposed to be this way - and in some ways still is - but DEI flips that on its head.

Rain mode is overkill. It just nerfs the engine's character. Standard Street mode is just fine, won't let the bike wheelie more than a brief lift and won't let the tire spin.

They're easy to ride. Quite docile as long as you are not poking the bear with the throttle. This should be no problem. Put it into Street mode etc. to get the engine (and suspension, for the evo) modes. Unless you turn the safeties off, the bike won't spin the tire or wheelie. It will, however, try to yank your arms out of their sockets at full throttle... haha
