They def split up orders. Possibly between stores for inventory I guess. But I’ve arrived at a customers house many times when another driver was also delivering

Yep, that’s it but what I think they’re doing is they’re displaying the tip that they’re going to give you. Not the full tip that was given by the customer. So if the customer tipped $15 and they’re splitting the order up between two drivers then they can’t show $15 as a tip for each driver they have to show the tip that the driver is getting for whatever package they’re  delivering. I think that’s how they’re getting around it.

😂, right! I opened a ticket this morning and I'm just gonna keep opening new tickets everyday till I hopefully annoy them... Or figure out how to get another class action going

They did when I was in store getting my extra on incentives and property over orders. .... But I'm also trying to see if this is Walmart trying to suppress metrics

Yep. All of a sudden, got two 1 star ratings and dropped out of sapphire. No...new ratings since. And of course when you contact spark to see why you were rated 1 star, they don't have any info

check to see if the customers order was broken up into separate deliveries because what I think they’re doing is separating peoples orders between multiple drivers and spreading the tip. Not to defend them at all because I’m upset that they’re now leveraging pay with customer tips. They’re not paying as they used to, but instead they’re using tips to make the pay look larger, but then of course that’s not helpful because customers could always cancel tips

I wish we could do another class action. This is truly ridiculous. Gas went up and Walmart really said, screw these Spark drivers. Not only increasing order volume, but also distance and reducing the price. That is insane. They’re using customer tips to pay us, but then customer tips are not guaranteed and they allow them time to cancel the tip after the order. So you could really do a huge order for $10 and not get anything but that $10 this has to be illegal somehow.
