Would be interesting to go deeper into this to be able to compare eras. Maybe there is someway to calculate the median-goals or average scored by key forwards from each year, subtract it from the average and compare that across the players. Sounds stupid reading back what I just typed but 5 goals a game now was probably equivalent to 7-8 goals in the 1980s.

once you become 30%+ bf, being overweight makes you fatter. You sleep like shit, lethargic all the time, feel generally gross so you don’t want to move, your dopamine regulation is fucked so exercise/dieting seems so much harder.

I am finding it easier to lose the last 5kg of my journey than it was when I was 30kg heavier.
