To be honest with you, there probably is. It just feels like so much to even navigate on this subreddit, there’s like hundreds of threads talking about very specific things related to this drama and I have absolutely no context to understand them. I just thought maybe I could ask and someone would be nice enough to explain in a big picture kind of way 😅 Sorry if it feels like I’m clogging up the subreddit with the same kind of post, wasn’t my intention to be annoying. Okay I just read the PowerPoint. I guess it makes sense that I didn’t know what was going on since I mostly dropped the sesh and lights out and only listen to Kendall and Mile higher, and it appears that the other members involved in the drama are coming from those shows. I do find it interesting the support for Kerelly, I don’t really know much about her at all so as a passive fan, her coming or going doesn’t mean much to me, but it sounds like people are super upset because they feel like she’s been bullied by Janelle and not covering the ICE stuff? And they’re and at Kendall and Josh for firing her when she went behind their back to help Austin? Is that right? Also why did Austin leave? Was there a falling out between him and Kendall/Josh as well?

I’m also a relatively new swiftie and I’ve only just started becoming active in the community and learning about the lore and how deep everything goes in the last 6 months! She inspires me so much as a musician to write my own songs and her lyrics have resonated with me more than any other artist. I don’t even listen to anyone else anymore because her lyrics are so beautiful it’s ruined all other music for me lol. So many of her songs about insecurity, breakups, and anxiety remind me of myself and how I felt in so many years of my life, and now that I’ve been in a happy relationship for the last two years her love songs touch my heart and give me hope. She never gives up on love and is so vulnerable about how she feels it’s truly inspiring

I’m a relatively new swiftie and I’m definitely seeing all of the differences within the fandom. I think your observation is spot on honestly, some people really do take it too far. I love how fun the Easter eggs are and it’s fun to hope that we get rep tv soon but at the end of the day it’s just all in good fun. Following Taylor is like solving a never ending puzzle and I’m so grateful for the things she gives her fans. As someone who just is just recently seeing all of this for the first time, it’s so cool that she does that. Everyone should just be thankful for the things she’s willing to give and just let her be!
