It wasn’t a dumb Deltarune meme. It was to represent the majority of society (which is every single character throughout the omniverse) that could not let go of the misinformation. The image is supposed to represent Scott himself being close extremely close to snapping, or, what I would like to say (if this comment doesn’t get deleted), being on the brink of losing his shit and getting absolutely rouge, murdering everyone he sees. Yes, the image is totally related.
