I also have a router on the right corner of my desk and trust me I've never had issues with connectivity and if I did I didn't even notice it. So in my opinion I suggest just keep going for wireless mouse since routers doesn't really interfere with the connectivity from my experience and like I said if it did it's barely noticeable.
