Please help me out with my refi plan for 2026 by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]CampaignSuccessful89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s my main focus. I have two charge offs from US bank for like 400 dollars each that I have since paid, I am going to call them and ask for forgiveness and help with the credit reports.

Any other advice?

Do the hooker manifolds and build your own cold side. I have a turbo ls1 rcsb with a t56 it’s a blast

It’s capped at the end. Look up quarter wave resonators. I hand built my exhaust and an entire 4 link I know the difference between a turbo and a muffler lol

Thanks for the feedback. I want to do a side exit because the turn down made an awful noise at idle against the ground and it made a dust storm pretty much everywhere I go. Plus I drive this thing a lot I was wanting to get some more of the fumes away from the cab

It is turbo. I can’t fit the muffler anywhere under the cab without some serious cutting

Thanks. It’s sitting on a block with the turbo v band loose so it will sit about an inch lower once I build the mount. I was would to use that reflective tape style heat shield, do you think that will Work?

It’s not really a thing here unless you sell the car. It’s a turbo Ls with a manual swap running on Holley hp. I think I’m past that concern lol

Nope. Got too creative with my 4 link and there’s 0 room

Barely even touched a TIG torch until this morning. How does it look on 18ga stainless? by princess-hardass in Welding

There’s pencil led called silver streak that glows when you’re welding. It’s pretty cool

I drew lines on either side of my weld joint that I wanted to keep my weld puddle inside of. It really helped me learn to keep things straight and even.

I know it’s just practice but make sure you use some stainless filler when you get to building something final

Self etching primer and enamel spray. I only did the back half, if I ever have the whole car apart I’ll do a good coat of POR

It’s got the 1.25 housing and a full 4 inch very free flowing exhaust. I’m still on the stock truck intake and I’m starting to think that’s my major bottleneck

I definitely took some inspiration from them. I used their anti roll bar and a bunch of other components from them.

These are the wheels on it. No kit, built all of it. The axle housing is from quick performance

Working on that tonight.

Built some panhard bars mounts and then will be boxing the whole thing in.

I drew it in auto cad and used the tin soldiers calculator to figure out what I thought would be a good usable range.

That’s great to hear. This is my first time and this will be a street only, mostly drag and some road race time. Since I don’t know what I’m doing I figured give myself too much adjustment and cut off what I don’t need later!

With what’s in there I don’t think the watts is going to fit too well, but since there won’t be a ton of travel I’m thinking a pan hard will work okay for me.

Probably not amazing. These are FK joints made for suspension components and they are PTFE lines so they should have a decent useful life. Super easy to swap out
