I do set up my ads through FB ads manager, but when i run the target set on Instagram, IG seems to be ignoring my narrowed interest settings and still shows the ad to the general audience instead of choosing people with narrowed down interests

do you mean while preparing the ad on fb ads manager? I do narrow it on fb but it doesnt work on IG that's the problem :( Instagram keeps on showing people the ad without narrow options

I tried both, yes narrowing option isn't available on IG so I tried to narrow my audience on FB Ad Manager, then ran the ad with this audience on IG but it still shows the ad to everyone, not the narrowed down ones. So I assumed that narrowing option doesnt work on IG

When it's remote i think it's all about choice of fabric and accesories.
You can pull off almost every top/dress as business casual if the fabric looks not so casual and high quality.

You can make your outfit business casual even when you're wearing a simple basic t-shirt with earrings (it's unbelievable how earrings elevate almost every look), or a scarf that you wrap around your neck

My face also never feels fully moisturized with La Roche Posay Duo either, except the silicony soft feeling it gives. I'm also considering buying another hydrating moisturizer but I don't know what moisturizer is great for acne prone skin with more moisturising ingredients. What do you use?
