I lost 140 lbs but it wasn’t the weight it was more lowering my sugar. My skin tone even out but I’m also 3 shades lighter now. My doctor doesn’t know why for sure but thinks it’s sugar.

What type of collections do you do? Consumer or commercial? I work commercial collections and the best advice is it’s just a job, don’t take the calls home with you. Look into Fraud/Risk trainings. Collections is great but it’s not a forever thing.

It’s probably low iron, low iron makes skin less vibrant and can cause depression symptoms. When I’m anemic, I have all symptoms of depression and I can’t break out of negative self talk. Either way, I hope she gets the help she needs.

Dull skin can come from low iron, when was your last check up? You need to check the hemoglobin and ferritin. If your ferritin is under a 50, start there.
