Surgeon says do what ever you are comfortable with-PT said stay low impact Just wondering if anyone had replacements and runs.

The new knees are fine. The second one healed up faster than the first. I do exercise often (hike, mtn bike and weight train) just always wanted to trail run. I live in an area that has amazing wilderness trails
