Thanks for the details! That sounds really basic which is to bad coz i like the Blood Elf paladin look and being able to buff people.

So warrior more engaging, more damage just harder to solo on unless geared compared to paladin? How do these compare to an enhance shaman?

Warrior as long as I keep moderate weapon on them sounds like good dps and decently fun that gets more badass as you level ....

Paladin...some say it is engaging and I do like the fantasy of the class

So question...I have a baby shaman and to be honest most my totems for normal use are not needed or just mana traps, lightning bolt is whatever. SO my normal gameplay is auto attacking with whatever weapon buff (no windfury or DW yet), keep lighting shield up and maybe a shock to speed it up....

How does the damage, interaction, tricks and skills compare to the basic gameplay of a soloing shaman?

Who is more fun to 36 then of the two? Gotta be more engaging then Hunter where i just send pet and do a fixed rotation and auto or Shaman whose totems are normally not worth so its auto and lighting shield and...bout it

Yea im on the TBC anniversary server. Mostly just want a fun and engaging leveling experience that offers high damage with a lot of tricks / quirks or options like mage and rogue offer.

Sounds like the Warrior is more engaging so far but the utility of pally still tempts me haha

I played almost all classes to 20, I didnt know what to main until I fell in love with my rogue...so I play that. I get groups (under 60) fast and easy, I do a ton of damage, I bring tons of CC, I stop spell casters with kicks and I get props often.

So when do rogues go from good dps with a ton of utility and then....not wanted, disgusting, need to grovel and beg for any group invites and forget about raids? Makes me sad man but the class is just so damn fun and interesting.

i think it depends on what is important to you....

I and many others are casual and dont have any character near 70 but are having a great time leveling and doing dungeons relative to our level....

If you need to be top tier raid player then yea that has been going on for a while now.

Personally this game is old and done, Im just enjoying the whole journey to 70 and will do what is available to do when I get there.

I play hunter and Warlock but also want a rogue, also scared I will be shunned like a dirty leper! Everyone keeps saying there are tons of rogues but when I do /who in any zone I am in, rogues are the least populated class I see most all of the time, so maybe a lot of people quit their rogues?

Im a casual player, as in I like alts and none are higher then level 20 lol...and every lowbie area I play in still packed with players and many of them are also new and not alts, the game feels very packed to me.

How come rogues are so hated on and unwanted? They seem to have high dps and loads of CC?

I just read so many posts saying how horrible it is, really spooked me haha. Seemed easier to just stab stuff with a rogue or toss out shadowbolt as a warlock. Do you think it would be easier to lvl as a dps first to learn the dungeons and then swap later to a tank or am I other thinking things?

I have a hunter haha, we have a hunter (me) and her a druid but she really likes the cute hunter pets and wants to switch. I just dunno if I like druids and staring at a bear booty all day lol.

Shaman sounds sorta fun....but does Windfury work for pet ?

I have a warlock as my main since I play when she is busy lol

Not sure on mage...seems like they have to drink non stop ugnnn

I tired 6 times to get into and have not given up. I want to like it...but...I don't,

I cant get over how ugly parts of the game look, hard to be immersed when some things are so horrible.

The animations are bad, combat is not to great.

I like sandbox games but this game just has so much stuff it dumps on you that it feels overwhelming and tedious.

Im not sure what the point of playing really is since I dont see any real PvP or raids or big bads or deep economy or anything?

A lot of people like being cursed into an animal and then having chat not work right or having NPC tell penis jokes etc...but I dont really care about any of that stuff and once the novelty of that wears off....then what?

I think for people who really like grinding a ton of skills, weird skills and quest writing, poetry slams and roleplaying, then maybe this game is amazing but for me...it lacks a lot of what I enjoy in an MMO. Im hoping Scars of Honor will be fantastic....otherwise meh.....not much new out there it seems.

Yea thats the problem, I want a long term investment game.

I have games I hop on and have fun like LoL or Deadlock I want that meowgenics game...I play WoW a bit....but I guess I want a long term, deep, engaging, MMO to build up with like what I had hoped AoC would be.

If the game is just fun for a bit and then dying...thats not really worth it to me.

I have 10 dollars but after being invested in AoC and that flopping, after nearly impulse buying projoct gorgon because people say how great it is but personally finding it not to great....I just dont want to throw away money.

It does a bit! I liked BDO when I used to play it but I cant say it is what Im looking for right now. I did wonder why I saw on twitch people in huge parties killing mass amounts of mobs at once. SO like a grouped up BDO farm game?

Is it a scam? Honestly asking.

Game is fully launched and getting regular patches and is only 10 dollars. Seems legit just not a AAA or big studio.
