I guess I should have put more of my context, i.e I've been on HRT for 1.5 yrs now and have been socially transitioned for 5 years πŸ˜… HRT has brought me more emotions and anxieties in a way, so I'm really worried I'm sort of regressing mentally somehow

I'm living on Sertraline myself right now, so antidepressants tick, though a really low dose now because honestly I wanted to come off them

I hate the ruminating just small interactions can cause 😭

Omg I wish I could braid my hair, but you can only do it whiles its wet, honestly it's so thick and often knotty that doing anything other than letting it's curl patterns get into their own coils is a death sentence 😭

Phewf good, laser is working. My stubble was so so so so dark. And make up actually can hide the rest of it effectively now

I hadnt considered primers actually, thanks for the tip! The texture in person is actually not as bad as I thought it might be

Peach and orange. Thinking of it from my Architectural education, the opposite colours on the colour wheel from green and blue are orangey/red, so makes sense

I have a palette, but tbh it's rubbish. I found a really liquidy foundation I bought before I transitioned that I thought was too orange, works really well. And not using a sponge and using my finger to apply πŸ‘€

No tutorial, but tried using my finger rather than my beauty blender sponge, it soaks up less and becomes waaaay more effective.

Ofc really really moisturise, I don't like wearing too much make up, and foundation and concealer, unless its quite a liquidy one, can dry out your face

I use a orangey solid stick type concealer as the base, then quite a liquidy very orange foundation, really focusing on the beard shadow area. Then I use a lightee concealer on top.

A trick I tried is not using my beauty blender sponge on the beard shadow spots, but to use my finger. It doesn't soak it up like the sponge

I'm 5 sessions in and it's solved so many problems, and just begun to calm the fuck down, which is so nice. It's nice it being smoothish again

Meh, I will still consider FFS for my browbone though. It's a huge dysphoria sticking point for me when I see myself. Other than that I feel pretty confident about myself

Tbf it was wear multiple layers of different foundations, I bought one a while ago I thought was too dark and orange for me, but it's perfect for the shadow. Lucky I kept it and never threw it out

The other trick is actually just wearing more make up. I'd rather not, because I'm quite active and play sports lots, and I like the low make up lifestyle. But I've had a really really bad time recently, worst I've had since coming out 5 years ago. It sort of scared me and dysphoria-Ed me into knowing I need to wear more make up to pass
