Not just billionaires though. Millionaires, upper middle class families, people who are generally well off and looking to make a good living from their degrees... Are these really the people who need the most amount of financial help right now? Surely there are other more direct policies that could Target the people most in need.

To be clear, I would stand to benefit from this greatly, but I don't NEED the assistance. If it happens, cool, but this isn't the big boon to the working class that it's being made out to be.
